For this project I developed a simple 230V LED driver circuit that can control LEDs directly from the main power supply. Now I will design my own driver circuit for MCPCB DC 12V LED bulb which can run on 220 VAC. LEDs drive directly onto the LED lamp and control it through the DC power supply of the MC PCB LED light driver.
While one embodiment of this is often called a glass bulb, which supports the thermal performance of the bulb, it's also possible and preferable to exchange a plastic bulb.
LEDs are basically tiny light bulbs and are manufactured using semiconductor manufacturing processes.
The intelligent LED lamp design and construction uses processed consumer electronics assemblies in large quantities, such as semiconductors and photovoltaic cells, to reduce the production costs of the assemblies. LEDs require much less power to shine but are able to generate a higher light output and last longer than conventional light bulbs.
Although LED bulbs are currently costlier than incandescent bulbs, they need a way longer lifetime. LED bulbs have a lifetime of about 10 years, compared to about 5 years for conventional light bulbs and fewer than 1 year for CFL bulbs. Although LED lamps offer significantly longer life, the additional costs of integrating intelligence and communication will pay for themselves over time.
